Bar services are also available (4 hour min)~ $25.oo per hour Marriage Commissionaire $75.00 Non Demoninational Minister $100.00 We can assist with your wedding plans $30.00 per hour. Gratuities 20% before taxes is added to all food and beverage purchases. Grounds rental: $450.00 Weekend and wedding packages available inquire.

Payments: Non refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated cost of the grounds, guest house, food and beverage services. Balance is due 30 days prior to the event. There is a damage deposit of $500.00 This amount will appear on the contract and will be required to be signed at lease one month prior to the event date. After the event, should the property be in good repair, the entire deposit will be returned or applied to the balance owing. If, however, any damages are incurred during the event, the amount required for the replacement or repairs will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be returned with a final statement of account. Cancellation: Cancellations with in 30 days of the scheduled event are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the FULL contracted service venue. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged 100% of the amount. Entertainment: We are located in a residential neighbourhood and need to be aware of our neighbours and be in accordance with the District of Sooke bylaws, therefore we require that all noise be kept to a minimum after 11:00pm Parking: Parking is limited to 10 vehilcle on the property. We ask that you car pool or arrange charter transport for larger groups. Use of grounds: Please stay on lawns and do not go into the gardens Please remember to take all of your personal items with you Charters Beach Guest House is a NON smoking environment, please refrain from smoking indoors. We ask that you take full responsibility of yourself and members of your group while on our property.
